When can I expect my order to ship?

We understand the importance of shipping our products on a timely basis.  We will ship the same day, if your order is received and paid for by 12:00PM EST on weekdays.

What is your return policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging with original packing receipt.

Do you repair mobility devices?

Yes! Even if you didn't purchase your power wheelchair or mobility scooter from Liberty Mobility, we can repair your mobility device. We can even come to you. Contact us.

Will you buy my power wheelchair or mobility scooter?

If you have a power wheelchair or power mobility scooter that is no longer being used, we might buy it from you! We can even pick it up for free. Contact us to see if your device qualifies!

Do you offer financing?

Yes, we partner with CareCredit, which has several options for financing your mobility chair or scooter. CareCredit even has 0% interest for qualified customers. Contact us for more information.

Do you have discounts for military veterans?

Yes! To thank you for your service, we offer a 15% discount to all military veterans on preowned in stock items.
